Sunday. Except we haven't seen much of the sun! It's freezing here again this morning. I miss my stroll along the lane, the wildlife are not often seen at the moment, they are being sensible and staying curled up as much as possible. I don't blame them, it's colder than a penguins tail feathers here!

I don’t often join you all this early but it’s such a lovely sunny day here - it’s also very chilly too so I’m still under the duvet

i am up early now because its light, and that tends to wake me.

The mornings are definitely lighter now Emmie , we have blackout curtains in our bedroom , I love them

mine are so light that i don't bother to draw them anymore..so its awake around 7 now, which isn't too bad.

i still wake several times in the night, but can at least sleep on, not waking at the crack of dawn.

I really don't know Smow, Jen was iniatially admitted to A & E at around 4am this morning then transferred to CDU unit
