I love this program...matching families with their ideal dog at Wood Green Animal shelter. Lovely program with happy endings for dogs and people. On C4 now.

Why didn't Ryan and his partner take the terrier? I missed that bit and why didn't they change the name of the French bulldog?

They were given the choice of either dog...they both absolutely melted when they met Kevin. He was like the baby that they most likely will not be able to have.
I think they wanted a human name for their pup.

Oh sorry, I thought they had been offered both not the choice. Thanks for explaining. I thought the other dog was exactly what Ryan wanted especially the tail.
I know they can't have children, but children do still come up for adoption.

Really lovely program. Didn't really take to that older lady who wanted the 'perfect' dog, glad she didnt take that little dog she was offered, he's much better off with someone who appreciates him, i would have taken him in a heartbeat.

Loved 'Sandy' too, but i thought that couple would go for the Frenchie.
