I had a cataract op last Saturday. I was told not to put my head down but stupidly did not ask how long it would be before I could. You do not realise how often you put your head down until you cannot do it! Anybody know when I can?

If you need to take your glasses off to see the traffic on the bridge, then best to take the lens out now. Just leave one lens in until you have the other eye done.
