Can we now have a similar enquiry into institutionalised (used to mean mentally impaired after years of incarceration) racism in other Countries? There was a woman on the radio this morning. Originally from India and living here for forty odd years, said she had never came across racism here. The other person who had phoned in said perhaps you hadn't experienced overt racism but it would have been covert racism.
