pitbulls with gangs...

Did anyone else see a program on channel 4 on friday night called 'Whatever'? they did an interview with gang members in london who are saying that instead of having guns and knives everyone in gangs just have pitbull terriers. They said that they have to go to special breeders so they can get them because of the dangerous dogs act. i thought it was disgusting that gangs would use dogs to rip each other apart, and fight each others dogs. anyone else think its wrong to breed dogs purely for this reason?

It is definitely wrong to breed dogs for this reason. My sister (this is in America) and her fiance actually found a runaway Pit Bull puppy. Around its neck was a torn piece of rope and part of one of his ears was clipped. When they took the dog to the vet, he told them that the clipping was most likely done by a regular switchblade! The poor puppy was practically in shock and was really sick. They nursed the dog to health and they have kept him these past 2 years. It has grown up to be a pretty muscular and intimidating looking dog, but he's an absolute sweetie. He has grown up with my sister's infant son and he does get excited at times, but he's such a good dog.

I agree that its the trainging that turns these dogs bad.

Ratter, if you have to resort to making lame insults about one's username, then I pity you. I can only hope that you learn to open your eyes and stop being so close minded. from the outset you offered your opinion (which is fine) but were closed to any others despite them being backed up by facts/stats.

Why is Impregnator being judged on his username? It just goes to show how you judge a book by its cover. Which is obviously what you do with dogs too.

On this site you have to pick a name that's not already being used and as there are 1000s of users you're kind of limited and who cares what name you pick. Who's to say impregnator isn't someone who loves kids and likes impregnating his wife????
Or just loves making love.
So if we have to go by usernames are we to assume that Ratter is related to vermin (well I am having my doubts), or that you rat on people. Are you a grass Ratter? were you one of those little kids that ran to your mummy to grass on the other kids?

Very amusing response happy_face. Your reasoning for my handle is much closer than somebody like Ratter would be thinking.
I know you're curious now so I'll tell you. It is a name my friends gave me as I did actually impregnate a girl the first time I slept with her. They set me up with my email address under the same name. This girl is now my wife, ten years later and we have 2 kids. (The love making isn't half bad either!)

Ok Impregnator, I apologise for making it personal, its an issue I feel strongly about with pit bulls, but enough said about that I agree.

I got my name "RATTER" from being a Pest Controller for the last 13 years and started by killing rats for the farmers in the store I worked in at the time, the "15" bit was added by Hotmail as the RATTER name wasn't being accepted.
