Possibly a training issue TTT, although as I said earlier with the events of last week with a cop being shot in similar circumstances it could be she was nervous. It would be interesting to know if this is isolated to the US (I believe its not the first time) or whether it happens in other countries where police are armed(rest of the World really).

I still wouldn't want to be a cop in the USA though.

I was answering "Why are they still resisting arrest?" If you don't agree with my answer, why not try answering the question yourself? Why do they "fight and struggle and risk being shot"? These are irrational actions. People who are afraid often act irrationally. But perhaps you have a better explanation.
