If No Answer, Do Police Follow Up Tomorrow?

I heard my neighbours and a visitor having a big fight, and I was worried about one of the neighbours who sounded very (!!!!) distressed.
Six police officers arrived and were great, but the house was dark, appeared to be empty, and no one answered.
Will the police visit again tomorrow (hoping to catch them in) to follow this up with them? I’d sleep a little better knowing that they will, so fingers crossed.
Local police = Thames Valley.

Give them a call on 101 tomorrow, to say that you're still worried and would be grateful if someone could carry out a check. . . . or, of course, simply knock on your neighbour's door and say something like "I Don't want to get involved in your personal life but I was just wondering if you were OK after last night?".
