I Have Just Had My Second Covid Jab.

In preparation, I washed my hair, put on some make up and applied some perfume.

I haven't worn any make up for over a year. I look much better with a scrape of mascara. :-)

I quite agree with keeping up standards - I always put my teeth in when I go out.

Lippie and a bit of mascara cheers me up! I feel silly, but if I go out I still bit of lippie on with a mask!!
Other than that no other make up for years, except a bit of blusher when I look washed out.

I got my 2nd jab on Friday. I didn't dress for it apart from being clean and tidy and ensuring I could roll up my sleeve! I rarely wore make-up anyway and since opticians and, now, eye surgeons have told me not to (blepharitis and other things) I never wear eye make-up. I would like to do so on occasion and may be disobedient for upcoming wedding. I do use a little lippy, though and I am more careful about wearing a decent perfume.

Anyway, I look a mess now and will look even worse when I come back from the second walk. I might treat myself to some new mascara tomorrow, mine's gone clumpy and lumpy.

Had my second jab on Thursday. Been falling asleep in the chair a few times since. Not like me.

Always make sure I never go out without clean undies, as Mum a!ways said, you never know if you are going to be hit by a bus!

Had my second jab at 11.30 this morning at a central center. At 1.30pm the phone rang, it was my doctors asking me if I wanted to book a shingles jab, didn't even know you could have one. Beginning to feel like a ruddy pin cushion.

I'm not very good at keeping up at standards. Lately, I have just been wearing cargo pants and a t shirt every day.

I put make up on every single day as I have to go out every day on dog walks, I couldn't go out without my lippy ! I keep forgetting to put perfume on though and haven't worn any of my lovely necklaces forever.
