right click "my computer" then click "properties" on the opening tab at the bottom it will say computer, and show your ram and cpu speed.
you'll probably also need to know what graphics you have so click the "hardware" tab then the "device manager" on the list click the + next to the "display adapters" and this will tell you which graphics you have installed. theres not a lot of info for this but if you get the name you can do some research on the product
