All the holiday destinations abroad are burning down. Talk about getting a tan you will go crispy round the edges.

Thats whats on the news, All these planes creating global warming and no one taking any notice, Holiday folk running for their lives to the beach trying to get onto boats to escape.
The death and devastation in in south-western Turkey is dreadful.
I usually find your threads interesting but not your latest ones. You are coming across as a self-centered, insensitive individual . You do realise that thousands of people are having to watch their homes being destroyed by the wildfires. Lives being lost . I don't find anything remotely funny about that. It must be heartbreaking.
And motor homes are SO environmentally friendly.

It reminds me when the pandemic started people just looked the other way, and Boris ignored it until it was to late, the same is happening with global warming, but when this hits us in the face there will be very little you can do about it, there will be no reversing it .

21.53 We have had years of warning, nothing has been done simple has that. 21.55 I was waiting for that one, but really did expect it to be someone else. Motor home don't dish out tons of pollution like planes do day in day out, all through the night 24/7, plus I have solar panels, and filters on gases , next?
//Investigators are trying to establish whether some of the fires were started deliberately, amid reports that one suspected arsonist has been detained.//

Very possible Mam, I just hope they are not looking for excuses for the fires, lets face it the holiday industry has suffered, so this is the last thing they want people to see that may be thinking of visiting. Profit comes first.
22.02-- Yes I have to agree about the issue with planes etc. and the fact that we should have done more about climate change years ago.My response was more to do with you making a joke out of what is a serious situation. It's not only holidaymakers suffering but also the people who live there.

Well you see andres its chatterbank. But getting back to global warming, I've noticed on this site and others for that matter no sooner you mention such, you get shot down right away, thats because I think people know its happening, but choose to ignore it. Most governments are making promises to have cut emissions down by the year 2040/ 50, at this rate we will all be gone well before that.
