I for one hope it is and that his departure means we move away from a green 'New Tory' back to a proper Conservative Party with a strong and sensible fiscal policy and one that will benefit the tax payers.
We do need a "green" Tory party though.
One thing you can say about Johnson is that he is fully behind measures to combat global warming.
