Why are any and all forms of asking for help from a child or teen considered acts of laziness to adults? This happens a lot to me.

asking for help means one is alert to the fact that one doesn't know everything, and that getting the help is a good thing.

Asking for help is rarely laziness, It's usually a a request for help by the person asking.
They aren't, you must be unlucky or you are asking the wrong people.
Do you mean other adults are calling you lazy?
I would be considered lazy if you were handing over your mobile or P.C. to a child/teen and saying, 'Can you sort this out please?'

It all depends what you are asking. Homework you should try it first ask for help and say what you have already done. Asking for other types of help you need to find the right forum to ask on, and read the categories the forum offers and chose the right one
Ah. I may have misread the OP.
If you're young it's just life.
You'll probably be like other adults when you're older.
"Takes one to know one." But then passing on such wisdom is not likely to get you the kind of help you need. What might be helpful in seeking answers to a question is attempting to focus on and understand precisely what the question is asking. What are you seeking help with?
If it happens "a lot" to you- there may be a valid reason. There is nothing wrong with asking for help when needed, at all. But, it may depend on who, how often, and what for... you are asking.
All requests for help should be listened to, no matter what the age of the person asking. For a practical problem you may be able to help because you have the experience; other times you may have to advise professional help for eg mental health problems. Never ignore.
