morning, the week is rolling along fast, where does the time go, i can't keep up with it.
i hope you are all well and in fine spirits, and that your day whatever you may have planned goes well. I have no plans and the way my legs are hurting may just stay put, though the weather has been really lovely, sun shine and some warmth as a bonus, so it would be shame to stay in if its like that, so will see.

Been up a while but I agree with Naomi, the dark mornings are a real downer. Dark evenings don't bother me at all

Morning DTC, indeed. Winters in more northerly climes are decidedly gloomy - and summers just odd…. Well to people who used to about half and half. I don’t think I would like to live with that.

i like the early light, and the long sunny days, i guess i should move elsewhere,

If it meant more snow, and northern lights I think I could do it for a year or so. Maybe not forever.

I like snow …. if I’m either skiing on it or looking at it from a nice warm and cosy place.

one could move to the northern most part of Scotland, where the Northern Lights often feature, that would be spectacular but i couldn't stand the cold.

If I could afford to travel I would love to do an Antarctic cruise and the Norwegian fjords one. I get positively childlike when it snows. My sister is the same we give each other snow updates when it's expected and I get really annoyed if it snows in London but not for me in the Midlands.

what we get here in the capital snow wise rarely lasts, and mostly turns to slush early on which i loathe.

If we get a good dump of snow it can last a while, and being on the outskirts of the city and with a big hill between me and the nearest centre i tend to lose my local buses so it's not possible to get out for more than basic shopping from the corner shops. But the views are amazing
