I know one person gets £200 but what about couples - do they get £400

£200 per household which goes up to £300 when an 80 year old is in the house.

When my husband reached 80 he got £200 and I got £100, all paid into our joint account

i guess it makes sense that couples get the same - you only need the same amount of heating for 1 person or 2 people

not sure what happens if you have 2 single people living in the same abode though
