Why Do People Always Think I Am The Victim

Hi my parents,friends and family always think iam a victim or that i will lose a fight and get beaten or be robbed .

Why do people in generaal think i am always a victim and that people are thougher then me or that if someone punch me in the face i would run or cry ?

Is it some vibe that i give off or what
