Smithsonian On Catch Up?

I only have Freeview, can I get Smithsonian channel (56) on catch up??

Everything listed under PSB1 and PSB2 should be available to just about every UK household.
Channels listed under COM4, COM5 and COM6 should be available to most UK households.
Channels listed under PSB3 and COM7 should be available to most UK households which have 'Freeview HD' TV sets (or set-top boxes). They're NOT available to households where only basic 'Freeview' (SD) equipment is in use. (That applies even where a channel in those lists is actually only transmitting in SD, such as Channel4+1).
Channels listed under 'Local' are only available it certain areas, which are generally those ones listed elsewhere as having channels for specific localities only (such as Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge).
