Birthday Card

I find the above for cousin which is in 2 months time - are not nice.

However this is a big one for cousin who is basically like a sister as she was practically reared with me.

Because of the Covid last year - the cards were pathetic.

I want an A4 sparkling card - with a homely touch. She likes houses and gardens etc. Thanks for any responses.

I have Maggie but nothing has interested me - well - so far. Couldn't get a nice big card for sister about the doors -so have ordered an A4 one from Etsy/Art Deco. It is beautiful. Art Deco was always sold in Clintons and we have no Clintons. But as I say I will peruse after Christmas as I was embarrassed with pitiful card I gave her last birthday - that I bought her another one LOL

It's never a good idea to buy birthday cards at Christmas time. Nice ones are always thin on the ground. Going by what's on offer one could be forgiven for thinking very few people have birthdays at this time of year.

that's right Naomi - will look after Christmas cos I don't want to be running around like a blue a%sed fly. Want to have it in time this year. It also goes with another event in her life too ie retirement altho she is unsure.

I have, or used to have, the same problems trying to get a decent Birthday card for "she who must be obeyed". Her birthday is just before Christmas and it can be a mare . This site is brilliant. Purple Mountain hand made cards.
