I suffer from the above and last night was a really bad night, can't seem to "let go".
I know there are a few Abers who suffer as well but me, I get pretty miserable, with lack of sleep - how do the rest of you cope like right now I'm exhausted but have to go out soon.
Oh sorry to hear that jj. I don't take in very often but when I do it knocks me out for a good few hours. When I wake up afterwards I feel really refreshed.
I wear earplugs, then play something on the TV, then play some spoken word on my phone. The mixture of sounds, and my brain trying to listen half heartedly to one or the other usually sends me straight off to sleep. Like with tinnitus (if you give it attention, it will win), it's best to try and focus on the spoken word, rather than allow any thoughts of not sleeping enter your head.
