Based on media reports, Virginia Roberts would not accept settlement based on any amount of money; but is seeking an admission of guilt from Prince Andrew (and probably some money to boot). So no matter how much money he might offer, it might not buy her off, if Prince Andrew wants a ‘no admission of guilt’ clause added to the deal.
