morning, Monday already, the start of the working week for some of you. I hope that you are in good health, if not then you have my fullest sympathy. Do you have any plans for today? If so then do share. I doubt many are around at this ungodly hour but if you are and wish to keep me company then do so, more the merrier.

I'm actually awake and eating breakfast. I hate mornings but I'm off for an op shortly. Got to pack a bag and sort some stuff to take with me and my brain doesn't work at this ungodly hour!!

not much it is too cold outdoors and the ground is frozen..so laundry and housework for me

i have the washing on which should be finished shortly. I will be phoning GP and the MSK clinic on pain management, as i can't find anything i have been given as remotely helpful. Though whether i get any joy remains to be seen.

Morning all, a quick in and out here, given the time - back at a reasonable hour last night but watched the rugby Premier League summary programme and that kept me awake until 2.... A day off today so chores and admin.
