So who do the Government select to sort it out.

And as for the shambles that is the cause of the civil service. When Priti tried to sort them out they accused her of bullying.

Until the civil service is slimmed down, deadwood got rid of and they are forced into proper work this sort of thing will happen regardless of which Government is in power.
