weird sensation in foot....

This is going to sound really strange but here goes!!! My left foot is vibrating....no smut please...lol. It has been happening for the last couple of days, day and night roughly every 5-10 seconds for about 2 seconds....it feels like when you have your phone on vibrate, but really softly. I have suffered with sciatica for near on 15 years, have had discs removed and most recently had facet joint injections. Could it be anything to do with this? It doesn't hurt and is more aggravating than anything! Any ideas?

is it more like a twitching? maybe you are stressed and not relaxing enough.

I wish it was Dot, but it really is a 'buzzing' sensation!

You may have damaged the nerves in your foot, trapped one or have an inflamation of the nerves. Either way, please get it seen to by your doctor as soon as possible. No point in struggling like this. Best wishes, hope you feel better very soon.
