I always had a gardener as when I started "poddling" about in the garden, the telephone would go and I would clean up, change and drive off........so I gave up gardening many, many years ago.

Make yourself an indoor garden with houseplants sqad. Not as much work but very enjoyable. I miss having a garden but seeing my mini jungle gives me joy.

pasta...Mrs sqad is the expert for indoor gardening.
We have two large, very large pots on the terrace and the flat is full of fresh flowers almost daily.

It is her "thing." -;)

I can imagine you sitting back and admiring it all.
I guess I enjoy my indoor plants because I can watch them grow...and young pasta takes home cuttings.
