Heard the first cuckoo of the year today.
Four days later than last year.

Too be honest I've not heard a cuckoo for years,I don't know whats happened to them all at one time you'd hear them all the time.

Heard one this morning in the woods!

I thought I heard one on Sunday, but couldn't be sure.

I did see house martins at the weekend though. A bit later than last year.
