well after I get blood tests on Friday I am going on to a Sports Massage centre for an hour or two (whatever I can bear) - so hopefully that should help a little.

Thing is killing me - I usually go about like a little whippet and this slowing down is slowly killing me. But I'll be up doing my Marcel Marceau soon I hope LOL.

Are you doing any form of stretching exercises for your knees, JJ? You can do some sitting on a dining chair, lying in bed, standing up or using the stairs. No need to get sweaty
