Can taking vitamins change the colour of your wee? Taking a B complex and my wee almost glows in the dark. Is this normal?

Funny you should say that, cos I noticed today that my wee was almost radioactive, and I have been taking B complex vitamin too!!

yes, its a side effect of Vit B. Nothing to worry about though.

I'm thinking about bottling mine in a vial, putting it round my neck on a string & taking it to a rave!!! (not that I've ever been to one- boo hoo- wish i'd been old enough in 1990 to go to one! hehe!). Taking B complex too... for my spots, & they seem to be clearing up too...happy to know the "side effect" is normal! :)
