This blogger's review seems to be genuine, as she mentions some of the negative points (such as space and noise considerations) as well as some positive ones too. (It's also part of a blog covering a wide range of subjects, rather than one which is just there to promote something):

Also, from the Grauniad:

Bobbi. The late MrsO swore by them. She used to let her postie use hers when he delivered mail to her.... :-)
On her recommendation I bought one to help with Intermittent Claudication diagnosed by Sqad and loved it til I moved here. It's under the bed now because it moves all the flooring laid by a numpty in this house. I'll resurrect it when we get the flooring sorted... :-)
Ignore the usual from DTC.

I had a blocked leg artery which actually prevented me from walking, Bobbi. Local hospital was useless but I took advice from Sqad and that advice worked.
I also used the Vibroplate thingy but when I had to tuck it under the bed I bought a Revitive Circulation Booster.
Now I can't say whether or not it works and does what it says on the tin...I'm no doctor... but I'm not having any problems and I like the way my legs feel after use....and if Dave comes on and says so does he I'll smack him! ;-)

No, I have never used a Vibraplate, a vibrator, yes.
What do you want it to do? Lose weight? No chance.
Improve your circulation? ...maybe.
There have been no reputable medical trials from well respected sources to evaluate this "thing."
Why should it work? Well, the foot is just filled with blood like a blood reservoir and get that moving, then you are on a winner to increase blood circulation and reduc blood clots in the legs. It is used particularly after hip replacements.
That's it from me.
