What Happened To The Branksome Hotel, Llandudno?

I was wondering what happened to the Branksome Hotel, Llandudno, where I stayed in 1975.

Was demolished apparently but am unable to find out when.

Planning consent to demolish the hotel, and to replace it with 8 dwellings, was granted on 30 March 2006.
