Know Menorca Well? Where Was I?

Some years ago whilst on holiday in Menorca I spent a few hours in a lovely little town but can't remember what it was called nor whereabouts on the island it was.
It had a harbour/marina with yachts moored up, plenty of bars and restaurants on the front. Expensive, upmarket shops. I don't remember seeing any bars advertising 'a pint for a euro' nor 'an all day full English'.
A river ran to the sea and turning round the corner from the harbour was a small square with more bars and restaurants and the quaintest little bridge crossing the narrow river.
That is all I can remember.

Might have been Cala Galdana. Has the bridge over the narrow river.

Thank you, I'll check it out on Street View
Cuitadella.
I was going to say what sqad said.
Question Author
No, so far, but thanks for the suggestions. It really was a tiny bridge
Mercadal?
Question Author
Thanks all for your suggestions, I still haven't been able to identify the town on Street View, maybe I dreamt it.
How long since you were there, Barry? Some resorts change so much over a period of years.
I know Menorca nearly as well as sqad and as soon as I saw little bridge over a river I instantly thought of Cala Galdana. Either that or the bridge over the old harbour of Ciutadella. Ciutadella is an old town with cobbled streets and huge ramparts of historic buildings and a cathedral. The little bridge crosses the end of a narrow inlet where lots of yachts moor up. Cala Galdana is a seaside resort on a beautiful horseshoe bay with some nice hotels, shops and restaurants. It does have a small river estuary in it and a small bridge connecting 2 rocky headlands. The 2 places are actually very different if you can remember a bit more of the style of it.

Thanks, Prudie. I shall keep looking at Street View. The bridge I recall would only take five or six steps to cross, really is teeny but humped
Question Author
Haz, must be at least 10 years
Barry/ Have you ever watched Menorca on YouTube - might jog your memory? Where were you actually staying on the island?
Question Author
I’ll try YouTube, good idea. We stumbled across this place on a drive out, not near the hotel
Found it yet, Barry?
