I do have a thyroid problem, but it's a underactive, rather than an overactive.
Have a pudding. That's only 1 course you've eaten, I don't see it why it would be a concern to feel hungry again after an hour. Clearly you've never had a Chinese takeaway ;-)
I'm always hungry, full stop
Are you overweight? If not, then just eat when you feel like eating.
Have a pudding, but next time you eat a meal don’t drink 30 minutes before or after your main course. Put your cutlery down between mouthfuls and actually chew your food if it helps count to 20.
See if that helps
I know sometimes if my acid reflux isn't kept under control, you can get these like sensations of gnawing hunger pangs.
If I eat anything with grain in, say for breakfast, I get what seem like hunger pangs about an hour later, but it's my stomach's reaction to the grain. Maybe the yorkshire pudding is setting you off.
No problem, an hour is a long time. Have some biscuits to tie you over until the next meal.
Sorry, but I could eat the meal the OP described and not eat anything more for at least 6 hours. And please don't advise eating biscuits in between meals, that's so unhealthy! Better off eating a piece of fruit.
