How are you able to watch Channel Four outwith the UK but not the C4+1 channel?

I watched this for you the other night

The indian lass goes back to GCHQ - there, there is chaos, Simon Pegg in charge is probably the reason.
Everything sort of goes "flugg!" and inconsistent threats identified - ( aircraft coming from Russia and not showing up on other media etc)
