Morning all - we've had some rain overnight and new grass shoots have appeared......started clouding over around 8pm and a little cooler but more humid so no real change on the heat front as to sleeping.

More work today and tomorrow as well as a colleague of mine has to attend two funerals in a day, her ex-husbands and a close friend, in two different crems - poor thing, so I am covering for her.

the forecast today for here is slightly cooler with a max of 27 around lunch time dropping back to 24 for the afternoon - in the car coming back last night, it dropped to 17 - horror of horrors - autumn is coming!

I am having my hall, stairs and landing, ( including ceilings), painted in two weeks. This includes 4doors and frames on the facing side, two doors and frames both sides, and three radiators. It is going to cost £760 altogether, which I thought was a fair price. Hope this gives you some idea of comparison.
