Can’t Sleep !!

Can’t sleep due to chest infection/ coughing, the heat, and MrSmows snoring! Oh, and to top it off I’m being bitten non stop by whatever it is - have been for last 5 days. MrSmow hasn’t had a single bite - clearly he isn’t as tasty! Gona be a long night , what’s left of it….. I guess if I go into the spare room it will eliminate one problem(the snoring like a rhino on heat!! )

2am and it’s cooler than yesterday, but still hot. Have two fans on in bedroom but they’re simply moving the hot air around.
Has rained in lots of places today/yesterday, but not here.

paracet and codeine should do the cough
bitey thing - flying creepicrawlius nasti or walking creepcrawlius?
flying - try a night light or any cream with Dimethyl phthalate in it
walking - anything with post DDT in it - pyrethrum I think

and yes some insects do say - hello apple
