One can see this is a nonsense from the title. We are out of the controlling EU therefore Brexit was and is a resounding success. Next step, out of the ECHR, we trust. If the headline is an obvious nonsense then one can reasonably opt not to waste time reading the actual article since it's likely to be as bad.
//The Guardian newspaper picked this up and found out it was true.//
But how did they find out it was true? As far as I can recall, there was not a supplementary question on the referendum paper asking whether you voted Labour/Tory/SNP or whatever. Even if they wanted to, they could not ask all those who voted to leave which party they generally vote for for the simple reason that nobody knows who voted which way in the referendum. So how do they know? Simply saying "The Grauniad found out" doesn't really provide an explanation.
I would suggest there is no way of knowing and that the contention may simply be based on the result of a poll or survey.

Then I read the link and it became clear why. JRM didn’t actually say anything. He did not say how the state should be remodelled, or which functions the state should cease doing.
In essence it’s pie in the sky wish-list with no road map of how to get there, wherever there is.
It is not worth the New European writing about it, and certainly not worth Tora or ymb or me commenting on it.
