Given that Royal Mail workers are on strike on Tuesday and Wednesday and that collections will only resume on Thursday, is it worth sending in this week's Skeleton or General Knowledge Crosswords?

good question - have got mine ready to post. I might open the envelope & use it another time.

I've just checked the dates and it seems that they are working on Tuesday so mail posted then will get moving but will stick where it is on Wednesday and then move again on Thursday.

Newspapers will probably make allowances for strike and extend the closing date for entries.

but they put the solution up the following Sunday so they can't allow too much time
