Agree Naomi, I would go further as in would he agree to abandon publishing his tome, then 'shut up' to come back into the family fold. Whether he can ever put MeMeghan is a 'scold's bridle' is a moot point?
I think he'll publish, DTC. I hope he doesn't, but I think he will. I also foresee more trouble from the pair for the royals now the queen has gone. I don't think either of them has an iota of respect for the family - or for the new king - and I think she, in particular, will put the boot in wherever she can. I hope I'm wrong.

So do I Naomi...in the meantime I'll just sit back and watch.
I think H & M were very courageous to break away - why would they want to spend the rest of their lives (them & their family) playing second fiddle to William & Kate. I wish them luck.

The British Monarchy isn't the be all and end all & the change of Monarch is a chance to undertake some much-needed and long-delayed changes. I hope Charles realises that & grasps the nettle.
Who are the publishers? New York's Simon & Schuster's' aka 'Shiteon and Shitsers'?
Choux, pompous 2 years ago. He was . But I stand by my recent post .
I agree with davebro. Harry's well down the order of succession these days; all he's got to look forward to in Britain is a life of opening supermarkets and becoming the patron of worthy organisations, as performed diligently by Anne and less so by Andrew and Edward. Britain's second sons have a centuries-long tradition of going out to seek their fortune elsewhere.
I've not seen anyone criticise them for leaving the UK - that's their choice - but there's nothing admirable in trashing the family.
I used to love Harry, he was always my favourite, but I feel the Queen must have been upset at the end of her life with some of the things he said. I can't stomach him now!
Hm - so if Harry's book contains untruths about the RF will they sue him for libel? Or are there just "unpleasant" truths that they would prefer not to be made public.
It really is not surprising that the younger sibling does his own thing, is it? How different are the 2 Princes from the Princesses nearly a hundred years ago? Once the heir apparent is married and produced several children what is the younger sibling to do, career wise?

I am not sure there will be enough new supermarkets around soon to fulfill the royal engagement diaries.

Harry had to chose to do something. Only time will tell how good a job of his choice he can make.

I think we should remember that in talking of Harry and Meghan we are talking of a family unit of 4 lives now. None of us has to like them and I can understand why some have much stronger views on them. But soon enough their children will grow up and be aware of what the world thinks of their parents. For my money - well, I don't wish to be a part of that process of engendering hate. I did it in the past but not now.
As the Queen said, 'Recollections may vary'.
