Is This Postcard German?

I initially thought that this postcard was from Germany. But now I am not so sure - it could be Norway or Austria.

Can any of you read the text at the bottom of this postcard?

I'm not sure, but at a guess, I'd say Austria.

it says "Alt Hamburg, Schulgang - Hof" - so I'd say yes.

In case you've not googled it, Wolfie, the photographer is Heinrich von Seggern and the image is dated c. 1925.

TTT - I tried increasing the size and using a magnifying glass. I have problems with working out the actual letters in German.

I am actually sorting them out so that they can be sold in Oxfam's online store. I sort them out at home and then upload them on the shop's PC.
