Problems With My Tv

I think I must have pressed a button on my remote but every channel I turn to has a running commentary of what is going on in the background. But how do I remove it? Have tried turning TV off and on again but it is still happening.

Look for an 'AD' (audio description) button on the remote. If you find it, press it to solve your problem. If not, please provide the exact make and model number (from the back of the set) for your telly.
