morning, Wednesday midweek already, the time certainly goes by, i hope that you are all as well as can be, and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I have the pest controller arriving between 9-1pm, though he usually arrives early in the morning which is useful if you have other appointments. I am not sure if i am meeting up with a friend for coffee, will wait for her to call me.

i am shell shocked to be honest, and not a little bit frightened of the whole thing. It will eventually make a difference but then there is the right knee to consider. Oh crumbs.
