Cat related itch neck

I went to my friends house the other day. He has a cat and one of his housemates was saying she had an itchy / blotchy red throat which she thought she's caught from their cat

I've just been to my circuit training class and now i also have a burning / itchy neck around the throat but no visible syptoms.

What might be the problem? What should i do?

I think that there is some poltergeist activity going on in your friend's house.

I get that from some cats too, try just taking an antihistimine
