The
genuine Wave Browser is perfectly legitimate software that you can, for example, get from the Microsoft store. However anything calling itself 'Wave Browser' that's found its way onto your computer without your consent is likely to be a dodgy version, potentially containing malware.
So, in addition to what TTT has (quite correctly) suggested, I recommend downloading and running AdwCleaner to zap anything nasty that's been left behind on your computer:
