We are having our 3 bed house with garage re-wired but each quote details different amount of circuits. What should I be looking for?

1 First floor lights
2 Ground floor lights
3 smoke alarms
4 Cooker
5 Shower
6 Top Floor Ring Main
7 Ground Floor Ring Main
8 Radial Circuit in Kitchen (for fixed appliances)
9 Garage Radial Circuit.
But we all think differently, but I would ask for A Radial circuit in Kitchen for fridge/freezer,washing machine etc, these are connected to spur units and therefore permanently connected so don't need to be connected Via RCCD, eliminating risk of nuisance tripping, specially while you are on holiday.
Hope this of help, please say if you need more info, Ray
