I have been arrested for abh. Not charged yet. I have been injured by the iP. I've photographed my injuries and informed the police during my arrest. How do I counterclaim as I was injured

You don't "counterclai m". ABH is a criminal offence not a civil dispute. It is up to the CPS whether they should bring charges against the person you are alleged to have assaulted. It is not at all unusual for a person charged with assault to have suffered injury himself. It is most unusual for both parties to an altercation to be charged with ABH (on each other)....

You cannot influence the decision the CPS makes other than to ensure the police have accurate evidence from you.

You can only do this in a country which has the Napoleonic Code
Neither England ( see above) nor Georgia does this.
Cette procédure particulière permet de conjuguer action civile et action pénale.
French - the procedure ( partie civile) particularly allows the linking of the civil and criminal parts.
