Hi

Provided there are no complications with your case you are likely to be sentenced there and then. The guidelines are 6 -8 points (likely to be 6 if it is the first time you have been done for no insurance) and if you plead guilty the fine will be approximately 90 dependent on your income. No extra points will be awarded for having no L plates but there may be an additional fine.
You're beginning to annoy people now

This guy has asked this question loads of times - he's had all the answers anyone could want as well as the ones that he doesnt want to hear so unless he gets the "oh dear - poor love - I hope you get off with it" answer - I think he'll persist - he should be thrown off the AB !!!
Maybe he just doesn't understand English,( yer know what like!) just as he doesn't understand you need insurance.
almcd007 I couldnt have put it better myself. Kwaki...people like you should be thrown in jail. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for not having insurance. I hope you get fined, pointed and licence removed to teac h you a farking lesson!
