I am looking for ideas for fun stuff to do of an evening that doesn't include paying out money!! we have just bought a house and are a bit pushed for cash and are starting to get really bored with the TV, any ideas? we live in southport if thats any help!!

What about playing cards southporttram? With copious amounts of (cheap) booze, it's brilliant.
Say you live at Southport? Near the front? Go for a walk along the front, sit on a bench and "people watch" highly entertaining, ya can see some right sights.

I agree with the idea of cheap beer. How about joining an internet forum (well, apart from this one) and after getting a few beers down you start contributing to various posts and see how many you remember the following morning. You could have a little chuckle to yourself as you see what you'd written the night before be it outrageous, provocative or just nonsense.

OK so we've all been there - having no money to go out and enjoy yourself, in fact we and our mates are in the same boat at the mo. We just take it in turns to go over eachother's houses, knock up a curry or a big pot of chilli (costs you pennies) and get some tinnies / vodka in (if its only your turn once every couple of weeks, you can splash out on coke to go with your vodka too!)
