Looking for a hotel/B&B with free parking, close to beach and amenities please. Can anyone help??

Tenby is very smaller, much smaller than you might expect. Do you want cheap and cheerful or something a bit more upmarket?

As Barry indicates, Tenby is quite small, so almost any hotel will be fairly close to the beach and amenities.

Switching TripAdvisor to its map view though, while ignoring hotels with poor ratings, suggests this as a top pick to me. It certainly ticks all of your boxes:
