Looking for a new job
10 Answers
I have had 4 pretty crappy jobs - pretty much one every 6months since I graduated with a 2:1 in Commerce from a red brick uni - Now i'm on the search for a new job again, but whats the best way to disguise this dodgy history. Will employers know i'm lying if i say ive been working abroad etc, what would be a good thing for me to say?
Thanks

yep agree, completely ignore anything gravitate says - wouldnt think he/she has much of a job if that is how he/she goes about things. I look after recruitment and we write to all previous employers over last five years, and if we do not get a satisfactory response, the offer of employment is withdrawn - so lying would not help. As Machecoul says, you should say you wanted to work and tell them what you learnt from your previous experiences, and the skills and competencies you gained from each particular role.
