Problem With Netflix?

I am a new user of Netflix and have found it great for films but when viewing a series I sometimes hit a problem. The episode starts normally and then I get a message saying there is a problem and I should try later or watch something else. This is annoying when I have watched a couple of episodes and then have to wait until the next day.
Is this normal or is there something wrong with my set up?

No I would say this is not normal. I have watched several series on Netflix and like the way it always remembers where you left off. This may not be your issue but whenever I have had problems with Netflix it has always been because my Smart tv has forgotten the wifi connection and we have to restart the router.
We get those when our broadband has a blip. I usually ignore and try again and find all goes well and the film carries on.
