To start, Rachmaninoff Concerto 2 in C Minor played by Khatia Buniatishvili, the Georgian pianist

I saw Denis Matthews play this at the Brangwyn Hall Swansea in the fifties at my first classical concert - never to be forgotten...

well it does look like that this thread is surfacing a lot of good memories for ABers. Back on now and feeling much improved from the cold-ridden wreck I was last night.
I can never decide if I like Beethoven's 5th or 3rd more, concerto-wise. Anyway, here's the great Artur Rubinstein with the 3rd:

A couple of late entrants: this movement of Mozart's 22nd is lovely!

And I also feel that the opening movement of Mozart's 20th is under-appreciated, with too many people only paying attention to the 2nd.

There's something wonderfully poignant about it.
