I currently have a tourist visa for visiting Brazil. I have since gotten married. Is there a way to change my name on the visa or do I have to apply for a new one?

What nationality are you? By saying "gotten married" it sounds as though you are not British. The obvious thing to do would be to contact the Brazilian embassy in the country where you are.
